Student Assistance Program 2009-2010
As the Student Assistance Program (SAP) counselor, I will be doing different interventions next school year. I will not be in the schools during the day but I may be working with BADco on activities for the community such as after school groups, “Circle Talks” with parents etc. The SAP can better serve students in frequent collaboration with community members rather than only one day in the school. Students still have access to support services through Guidance, Leslie Bean, Sgt. Lougee, teachers etc. as they always have. I very much appreciate the support from parents, students, faculty, and community members. I look forward to continuing a relationship, and participating in Bow’s efforts to-ward prevention, health and wellness. I have enjoyed my time here and will miss seeing everyone on a regular basis! My last day at the high school will be June 8th, my last day at Memorial will be June 9th. Have a fabulous summer and thank you again to all who have made my time here gratifying. Be Well Heather Kingston MA, CPS SAP Counselor Bow Memorial and Bow High Schools
